Holographic Master Origination

The Hologram Master Origination works on the principle of sending light beams which can be broken and sent using lenses at a number of angles to create an interference pattern which is recorded in the form of an image over a glass plate. This artifact, made with a nickel mould, plays an important role during the making of holograms. The creation of holographic pictures helps masters counter product counterfeiting. By amplifying light beams and applying lenses, we produce an individual combination of interference-type security features on the glass plate. These features, which are both 2D and 3D holograms, are highly instrumental in preventing counterfeiting attempts. The hologram creation offers a genuine set of security features, including images produced by laser optical recording, dot-matrix holograms created by innumerable grating dots at various angles, and true color holograms created by photographic techniques. Hot-stamping machine The hot-stamp machine allows for instant hot foil embossing and printing. In this process, a dye is mounted and heated in a hot stamping machine. The product that needs the stamp is placed under the instrument. The metalized or painted roll-leaf carrier inserted between the two helps in pressing the dye. Stamping of the product's surface happens with dry paint or foil. The dye-stamping process is non-polluting because the materials used are dry. The relevant sections of the foil separate from the carrier material and get attached to the printing surface under pressure and heat.
