Hot-stamping Hologram Rolls Holographic hot-stamping foil is a multi-layer polyester film featuring highly detailed holographic designs or registered hologram images with a depth of 15-25 microns. Coated with a special wax release, it is applied using heat and pressure to materials like paper, vinyl cards, and synthetic leather. Once applied, the hot-stamping foil cannot be removed or transferred from the host surface, which can be paper, leather, and other materials. To make it resistant to scratches, the material is metalized. There are three categories of security hot-stamping foils: A) Registered hologram image with sensor mark - it has a visually striking appearance, is cost-effective, and is difficult to remove once applied. A single sensor is placed on this high-security hot-stamping foil to facilitate its application by high-speed automated stamping, and it features a holographic design that can be easily stamped due to its operational routine images. During this process, waste is minimized.
