Holographic Cast and Cure Films
Holographic Cast and Cure Films are created through a unique coating process, resulting in high-quality product packaging with an Ultra High Gloss alongside a Holographic finish on the product's surface. This method uses a speciality film with a micro-embossed holographic pattern.
After the UV coating has been applied, the film is placed on the top of the sheet. The sheet is cured while still covered in the film by passing it through the UV dryer. The film is rewound, leaving the sheet with a holographic effect. Because no foil or material is transferred onto the substrate, the film can be reused several times before a new film is required.
